I am the creator of sparkLING skin care, a lifelong art and mission. Being the son of Ling Chan, Legendary Celebrity Facialist, I was born into the family facial spa business, so I lived and breathed skin care since my youth. I learned the art of facials and proper skin care from my mother, yet I suffered from severe acne during my twenties and thirties. My personal hardship with skin issues and the effect on my personal confidence lead to passionately studying personal development, while also studying the science of skin care formulations to successfully treat my skin and clients around the world with the luxurious Ling Skin Care collection. I have learned true beauty and sustainable confidence is developed inside first and then out. sparkLING is my life’s experience, passion and purpose designed to help everyone improve their appearance with effective formulas while inspiring and educating techniques to find the spark in oneself to become our most confident and beautiful versions of ourselves.
Patrick Chan, son of legendary Master Celebrity Esthetician Ling Chan, serves as CEO, Chief Inspiration Officer and Chief Product Developer of LING Skin Care brand. Born into the family skin care spa business, Patrick has over 30 plus years of experience in all facets of the skin care industry. Graduating from Boston University with a Bachelors in International Relations, with advanced education in Product Chemistry from University of UCLA Extension and Branding & Design from Parsons New School. Patrick’s frequent journeys to India for spiritual learning has served as an inspiration to bring timeless mind and body wellness principles to the spa industry. Personally witnessing his mother’s humble beginnings in the spa industry in New York City to becoming a legendary skin care guru, Patrick’s lifelong passion and purpose is to empower, inspire, coach and educate spa professionals to develop fulfillment at work & life, while helping them reach their greatest potential in the spa industry. Patrick has recently launched sparkLING, an innovative and inspirational skin care collection merging skin care with his gift of personal development coaching to help people discover beauty from within first and then out.
